This process is used to prioritize efforts, effectively allocate resources, align shareholders and employees on the organization’s goals, and ensure those goals are backed by data and sound reasoning.

I’m Saidah (sigh-ee-duh) Murphy, and I am a marketing and business operations expert!
I am the founder of Creatress Co and the founder/host of The Creatress Summit.
​
My mission is 3-fold:
​
#1: Coach Black Womxn business owners on how to build a strong brand foundation, create engaging, eye-catching content, and to create and streamline their business processes for scaling and profitability.
​
#2: Provide all-inclusive marketing services for mission-led companies (acting as their full marketing department) to help them share their stories with their audiences and grow/scale their businesses.
​
#3: Provide spaces and opportunities for Black Womxn in business to share their expertise with groups of like-minded womxn who look like them, and who are healing and growing personally and in business.
​
I used to be so stressed each year when I would set my yearly goals and look up 11 months later still in the same position. Nothing had changed, and I was still in the same place I started the year off in.
​
Something needed to CHANGE! I began with enhancing my Goal Setting Processes by crafting a way to break down my goals into actionable steps. Then I began to really think about where I wanted my business to be, and I started looking for a way to make those dreams easier to attain. ENTER STRATEGIC PLANNING!
​
Strategic planning has helped me effectively scale my business revenue to 5-figures in 2022, and double that revenue this year. It's also helped me be able to grow the Creatress Co. team this past year.
​
